Morning Glory Muffins Text Only

Ingredients:
- 2 cups apple, chopped
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1 cup shredded zucchini
- 1 1/2 cup raw sugar
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup raisins
Preparation Instructions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
Add eggs, oil, and vanilla.
In separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients.
Add raisins.
Add wet ingredients.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake until lightly brown at 325F for 25 minutes.
