Honey’s Peanut Butter Cookies Text Only

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup peanut butter (smooth)
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups whole wheat bread flour
- 1 Tbs tapioca (flour/powder)
- 1/4 cup water (more or less as needed)
Preparation Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients together with a fork.
Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Then, combine all ingredients together and stir until well mixed.
Add more water if the dough is too dry.
Roll into balls and place on a cookie sheet. Flatten balls with a fork to make pretty marks on the top.
Bake at 350F degrees for 8 minutes.
